TAXES: Rates are subject to 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Philbrick's By The Sea has a one-week minimum stay requirement. Our weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. (Check-in 3:00PM / Check-out 10:00AM)

DEPOSIT: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder shall be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Any reservation placed within 30 days of arrival date shall be paid in full at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION: Any cancellation forfeits their deposit.

PAYMENT: Philbrick's By The Sea requires a deposit at the time of booking. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express at this time.

SMOKING: Philbrick's By The Sea is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at all times. Noncompliance with Philbrick's By The Sea smoking policy will be reflected in individual guest histories and a cleaning fee of $300 will be assessed.

PETS: No pets allowed on the property or in rooms at anytime. Noncompliance with Philbrick's By The Sea pet policy will be reflected in individual guest histories and a cleaning fee of $300 will be assessed.
